Breast implants for a 7-year-old?!
1:40 PMSarah Burge, whom is dubbed the "human barbie" after spending more than $800,000 on plastic surgeries, has given her 7-year-old daughter Poppy a $10,000 voucher for breast augmentation surgery for her seventh birthday.
Burge says that she only gave her daughter the voucher after her daughter begged her for a boob job and that Poppy will only be able to use the voucher after she's 16-years-old. "If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it" says Burge.
