A former bodyguard of Britney Spears is suing the pop princess. The ex-bodyguard, Kerry Vine, is suing Britney because he got injured on the job...while inside of her home!

In his suit, Vine claims that he suffered from a personal injury while at Britney's home because her house was in complete disarray. Vine is seeking more than $25,000 in his claim.
